How do I use the template design system?

How do I set up my own design system that will work?

To set up your own design system in a way that will function with our plugin, we suggest making a copy of the template design system and adjusting the parameters within that. So for example, you can take the template design system and change the typeface or the color palette to your liking. If you need help figuring out how to make a copy of the template, please refer to the video above.

If you want to create your own design system from scratch:

1. The styles need to be grouped
   1. Colors need to be grouped inside parameters such as
      1. Surface
      2. Primary
      3. Secondary…etc
   2. Within those groupings you can house the colors you would like to include in the system.
2. The same goes for typefaces and effects such as elevation
